Proposed development at Land Southeast of Chiddingly Road, Horam, TN21 0JJ. I give notice that Mr Stephen Penrose & Ms Tina Hardy c/o Greenhayes Planning is applying to Wealden District Council for reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to outline application WD/2023/1443/O (construction of 4 no. Dwellings, parking and gardens, landscaped area and use of access and roadway approved under WD/2020/2667). The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
