NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000586/26 – Installation of ground mounted photovoltaic (PV) solar arrays to provide 3MW generation capacity with ancillary infrastructure including inverters, HV / LV connection, cabling, internal access track and access gates at MOD Sealand, Marsh Farm Road, Deeside.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000597/26 – Replacement of windows in new as like-for-like configuration in Accoya timber at 12-20 Llys Y Brenin, Holywell. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

FUL/000612/26 – The erection of a purpose-built joint archive facility to house the archive service and collections of Flintshire and Denbighshire County Councils, with associated access, parking, and landscaping at Land Adjacent to Theatr Clwyd, Raikes Lane, Mold. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).

LBC/000595/26 – Listed Building Application - Structural timber renovation and repairs to the ground and first floors at Pen Y Cefn Farm, Rhydymwyn, Mold. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).
