Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below.

A0022.26, 58 South Street Romford, 1 x internally illuminated fascia sign, 1 x internally illuminated projecting sign

The development is in a Conservation Area

L0004.26, Hornchurch Cardrome Upper Rainham Road Hornchurch, Listed building consent for restoration of the existing skatepark, construction of a flexible community building and/or commercial building (Use Class E and/or E), access road, pedestrian pathway, car and cycle parking and hard and soft landscaping.

Submitted alongside: Phased and severable hybrid application for the demolition, site clearance and redevelopment including: Outline planning application. All matters reserved except access for residential use (Use Class C3), including affordable housing, commercial floorspace (Use Class E), required infrastructure, landscaping (incorporating SUDS), car parking, cycle parking and other associated works; and petrol improvements to a station (Sui Generis).
