Proposed development at: Land South Of The A3052 East Of The A376 And West Of Crealy Theme Park And Resort Clyst St Mary

I give notice that Stuart Partners Ltd is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:

Application Number: 26/1355/MOUT

Outline planning application for a residential-led mixed use development of up to 2,000 dwellings including market and affordable homes, access, park and bus change and mobility hub, two-form entry primary school, public open space, neighbourhood centre/mixed use area, employment area, landscaping, drainage, associated works and infrastructure. (All Matters Reserved except for Access).

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated, and is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
