26/0661/FUL/CE: Land Adjacent To 1 Organ Hall Cottages, Theobald Street, Radlett. Erection of a single storey dwelling with a garage, a proposed new access off Theobald Street, and associated hard & soft landscaping. Reason: Adjacent to a Listed Building.
26/0944/FUL/WC: Roman House, 13 High Street, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3EP. Replacement of existing timber sliding sash windows with new uPVC sliding sash windows. Reason: Conservation Area.
26/0623/HSE/KSE: 9 Mulberry Gardens, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9LB. Demolition of existing rear conservatory and construction of single storey rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
Please note should this application result in an appeal deemed suitable for the Part 1 Written Representation procedure, this may be the only opportunity for you to submit your representation. Should you wish to withdraw your original comment at appeal stage, you can do so within 4 weeks of the start date of an appeal.
