The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/0991/FH - THE LIFEBOAT, 42 NORTH STREET, FOLKESTONE, CT19 6AF - Retrospective application for the use of the upper residential floor to provide additional eating and drinking space associated with the public house, together with the replacement of the external staircase, balustrade/railings, raised terrace and balcony area, and the installation of replacement windows.
26/0869/FH - Flat 5, 31 Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EN - Replacement of existing balustrade to the rear elevation at fourth-floor level with 1.1m high frameless glass balustrade.
26/1016/FH - Nebulo Strata, The Yard, North Lane, Sandgate, CT20 3AS - Variation of condition 3 (restricted use) & condition 5 (business hours) of planning application Y04/0042/SH to allow for general office use & extended business hours.
26/1113/FH - Folca, 48-66, Sandgate Road, Folkestone, CT20 1DW External alterations comprising the replacement & installation of windows, extension & alteration of existing shopfront glazing, installation of Juliet balconies, retention & restoration of existing stained glass windows, installation of conservation-style roof lights, and all associated external works.
26/1171/FH - 11 High Street, Hythe, CT21 5AD - Installation of extraction flue to rear, 1x lean to extension, including cladding and erection of a visibility/acoustic screen (part retrospective).
26/1177/FH - Folca, 48-66, Sandgate Road, Folkestone, CT20 1DW - Installation of skylights on the top floor.
26/1190/FH - Rhodesia House, 2, Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EW - Change of use and refurbishment from hotel (Class C1) to 5 self contained flats (Class C3) following fire damage.
26/1205/FH - Rhodesia House, 2, Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EW - Listed Building Consent for the internal and external refurbishment of the building, including changes to the internal layout, alteration to existing internal floor levels, replacement windows, new replacement roof and repair of existing dormers.
26/1210/FH - Flat 11, 3, Trinity Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2ES - Alterations, and reduction in size of the existing dormer on the side/north elevation to provide one flat roof dormer together with the installation of a conservation roof light.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
