What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

PLAN/2026/0495/BRB: Removal of Condition 16 (BREEAM) of Planning Permission PLAN/2023/0820 (Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of Planning Permission PLAN/2022/0959 (Erection of a detached industrial unit with mezzanine floor for Class B8 (Storage and distribution) and associated parking following demolition of existing B2 (General Industry) two storey Industrial unit (amended description and site address) to allow alternations to the footprint, roof profile and elevations) to remove the requirement for a final BREEAM certificate to be submitted.
