Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990
Croydon Council are inviting comments on the applications listed below which are advertised for the reasons given:
26/01919/FUL
Replacement of existing windows, doors and roof coverings. Installation of roof mounted mechanical plant and a fall arrest system on the roof. at New Addington Police Station Village Road Croydon CR0 5AQ
Reason(s):
Name: Addington Village Conservation Area.
26/02016/FUL
Installation of a gas supply pipe to the front, side and rear elevations of the building. at Vivien Court 3 Havelock Road Croydon CR0 6QQ
Reason(s):
Name: East India Estate Conservation Area.

- Use the Online Comments facility following instructions on the Online Planning Register; a duplicate hard copy is not necessary, or
- Send an email to dmcomments@croydon.gov.uk or,
- Send a letter to Development Management, Place Department, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA.
- Quote the application numbers above in any correspondence. If you do not send your comments in time, they may not be considered.
- In the event that an appeal is made against the decision of the Council, and that appeal then proceeds by way of an expedited procedure under the written representations procedure any representations made to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and copied to the applicant. There will be no opportunity to make further representations.
