The following applications have been received by the Council: PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990
These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building.
P25/1135 – The Occupier for Outline Application for 16 No. Apartments (Access, Appearance, Layout and Scale to be Considered) at Wooded Land Opposite 96, King Street, Dudley.
P26/0776 – The Occupier for Change of Use from commercial unit to visitor focused craft distillery incorporating the production and bottling of spirits, ancillary café, retail shop educational experiences and visitor attractions (sui- generis) at Unit 2, The Newhouse, Stuart Works, High Street, Wordsley, DY8 4FB
P26/0814 – The Occupier for Listed Building Consent for internal alterations to create ensuite bathrooms and additional bedroom at second floor (retrospective) at The Talbot Hotel, High Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1DW
P26/0815 – The Occupier for Listed Building Consent for internal alterations to create ensuite bathrooms and additional bedrooms at first floor (retrospective) at The Talbot Hotel, High Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1DW
