NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Stockport 8. Land bound by Chestergate to the North, Shield Street, Viaduct Street and part of Swain street to the East, Wood Street to the south, King Street West and Gough Street to the west.

Take notice that application is being made by: The Stockport 8 LLP

For planning permission to: Minor-Material Amendment to Planning Permission DC/094376 to vary Condition 1 (Approved Plans), 16 (Plot 1 Approved Plans), and to make architectural and landscaping amendments together with amendments to the approved quantum, internal layout and refuse storage arrangements to Plot 1 of the approved scheme.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council (Fred Perry House, Edward Street, Stockport, SK1 3UR) Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
