NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES CONSENT

Notice is hereby given that Navigator Terminals Windmill has applied to Vale of Glamorgan Council for Hazardous Substances Consent at: Navigator Terminals Windmill, Hayes Road, Barry, CF64 5RZ.

The application relates to the storage of hazardous substances, including Methanol, Petroleum Products and substances classified as flammable, oxidising, toxic and hazardous to the aquatic environment, including changes to the substances stored on site and the quantities present within existing storage infrastructure.

The Vale of Glamorgan Council will determine the application and decide whether to grant consent.

The application may be inspected at the reception of Navigator Windmill Ltd between 9.00a.m. and 4.00p.m. on working days until 4th September 2026.
