Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land to south of septic tank/west of Brampton Beck, Brampton, Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria, CA16 6JS.

Take notice that an application is being made by: United Utilities Water Limited. For planning permission for the following development: Upgrade to existing wastewater treatment infrastructure, upgrade to existing access, new access track, land reprofiling and associated landscaping.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Westmorland and Furness Council.
