FRASERBURGH - TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS
“The Aberdeenshire Council (West Road, Fraserburgh – 03.08.26) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 03.08.26 for 13 days and will prohibit any vehicle from waiting on West Road, Fraserburgh as follows:
PROHIBITION OF WAITING
West Road, Fraserburgh – the restriction will apply as and when required by the works program. West side, from house number 132 southwards to
house number 146 (67 metres) West side, from house number 258 southwards to house number 266 (38 metres)
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during work for an electricity company.
