Northumberland – Multiple Planning Applications
What is planned?
Northumberland County Council has received and is required to publicise the following planning applications for the reasons stated below:
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015. Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
Reason: LBC Listed Building Consent - Regulation 3, ALB affecting the setting of a listed building - Regulation 5A.
26/01895/COU, Tyne Valley Tap Room Limited, Change of use from Class E (Offices) to Sui Generis, establishing a drinking establishment with associated facilities (Retrospective), Unit 1 Stocksfield Hall Stocksfield NE43 7TN, ALB
26/02286/LBC, Tyne Valley Tap Room Limited, Listed Building Consent for minor internal alterations. Remove 90’s plasterboard from bar area to expose original stone work. Old mortar scraped out and made good with appropriate lime mortar mix. Original plaster repainted with lime wash. Small openings made to dividing wall to allow for beer lines and drainage, Unit 1 Stocksfield Hall Stocksfield NE43 7TN, LBC
