Little Bristol Lane - Highway Stopping Up Order for Approved Development

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (South West) (No.15) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of four northern part widths of Little Bristol Lane at Charfield, in South Gloucestershire. This is to enable development as permitted by South Gloucestershire Council under reference P22/05778/R3F.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, Transport Infrastructure Planning Casework Unit, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/6322). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Yate One Stop Shop, Yate Shopping Centre, Kennedy Way, Yate, Bristol, BS37 4DQ.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 30 July 2026.
