Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Warwick
District Council for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
and/or planning permission in respect of applications scheduled below.
HATTON
W/26/1013/LB 56 Tredington Park, Hatton Park, Hatton, Warwick, CV35 7TT:
Proposed loft conversion with roof windows, associated internalworks for Mr
and Mrs Clayton.
KENILWORTH
W/26/0998/LB Dudley House, Abbey Hill, Kenilworth, CV8 1LU: Proposed
replacement of existing front, side and garage doors. Retrospective infilling of
existing garage side window and internal conversion of existing garage to form
a boot room/ store with retained external storage for Mr J Woodhouse.
LAPWORTH
W/26/0903/LB Lock 11 and 14, Lapworth, Old Warwick Road, Lapworth:
Lock 11 – Repairs/replacements: Gate replacement – Top End Single (TES)
and Bottom End Mitre (BEM); Timber balance beams replaced TES only
– anti-slip strips reapplied to new beams; and Cill liner may be replaced.
Alterations: Ladder recess enlarged and ladder hoops removed and replaced.
Lock 14 – Repairs/replacements: Gate replacement – Top End Single (TES)
and Bottom End Mitre (BEM); Timber balance beams replaced– anti-slip strips
reapplied to new beams. Repair offside lock chamber copings – stone and
brickwork. Cill liner may be replaced. Metal stop plank grooves replaced for

W/26/0753/LB 6 St Marks Road, Leamington Spa, CV32 6DL: Remove
existing (not original) back door stone steps to garden. The steps were never
compliant (irregular riser heights), and treads too small for safe use. Propose
replacement with new stone steps in keeping with the overall property.
Propose use of Portland stone to match material used for front door steps
(original) for Mr M Lewis.
W/26/0912 10 Hazel Close, Leamington Spa, CV32 5XL: Erection of two
storey side & first floor rear extension/ single storey rear extension (with render
finish) for Mr P Nijjar.
W/26/0915/LB 4 Newbold Street, Leamington Spa, CV32 4HN: Internal
and external alterations to a Grade II listed dwelling, including installation of
internal doors, insertion of a ventilation outlet, reinstatement of period features

basement alterations including enlargement of rear lightwell, replacement

of non-historic courtyard elements (including the gate), removal of a non-
historic shed, replacement of modern door furniture with traditional fittings,

and installation of external blinds, together with associated repairs and minor
