UNDER ARTICLE 15 Notice is hereby given that Leicestershire County Council is applying for planning permission for The erection of a two storey Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) School building and supporting infrastructure which includes a new access and footpath arrangements, car parking area, cycle stores, surface water drainage (attenuation basin/swales/ pipework), landscaping, external play space, sports facilities (Football pitch, Multi Use Games Area (MUGA)), substation, CCTV equipment, M & E plant equipment, Sprinkler Tank, and renewable energy installations at Kilworth Road, Husbands Bosworth, Harborough, Leicestershire, LE17 6JW. The application may be inspected at: http://leicestershire.planning-register.co.uk/ Comments, quoting reference (2026/Reg3Ma/0071/LCC) should be received within 21 days either via the County Council’s website, by email to planningcontrol@leics.gov.uk or in writing to Leicestershire County Council (Planning, Historic & Natural Environment) Growth, Environment & Transport, County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA.
