Affecting the Setting of a Grade II Listed Building & a Right of Way

Location: Broad Oak Farm House, Broad Oak Lane, Bury, BL9 7SS

Proposal: Change of use from summerhouse to dwellinghouse, including demolition of existing outbuildings and formalisation of parking arrangements

Applicant: Mr S Lamb

Application Number: 73139
