NOTICE OF MAKING OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ANDDEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDERS HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

The Oxfordshire County Council, 
Ipsden Footpath No. 6 (part),
Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement 
Modification Order 2026
The Order made on 6 July 2026, if confirmed as made, will modify 
the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting, as 
shown on the Order map:-
Ipsden FP6 running from Berins Hill at OS Grid Ref SU 6498 8494 
south-eastwards for 178m to SU 6503 8478 to a new line running 
from Footpath No. 1 at OS Grid Ref SU 6491 8497 southwards for 
12m to SU 6491 8496, east-south-eastwards for 99m to SU 6500 
8492, south-south-westwards for 103m to SU 6498 8482 and 
south-eastwards for 70m to SU 6503 8478, with a spur running 
from SU 6500 8492 north-north-eastwards for 14m to Berins Hill, 
opposite Footpath No. 20, at SU 6501 8493.

Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement 
Modification Order 2026
The Order made on 27 July 2026, if confirmed as made, will 
modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting, 
as shown on the Order map: -
Nuffield FP9 running from OS Grid Ref SU 6746 8774 west-south-westwards for 58m to SU 6741 8772 to a new line running 
from OS Grid Ref SU 6746 8774 westwards for 50m to SU 6741 
8774 and south-westwards for 20m to SU 6741 8772.
A copy of the Order and Order map may be seen free of charge 
during opening hours at Walingford Library, 51 High Street, 
Wallingford, OX10 0DB, tel: 01865 815193.

Any representations about or objections to any of the above Orders 
may be sent in writing to Rights of Way Legal, Oxfordshire 
County Council, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND at 
rightsofwaylegal@Oxfordshire.gov.uk no later than 31 August 
2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no 
such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so 
made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm 
the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the 
Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for 
confirmation, any representations or objections which have not 
been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
