26/01730/S73 - Coker Cottage, Ashwell Road, Newnham, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5JX - Variation of Condition 2 (Replace approved drawings LD665-P01A, LD665-P02A, LD665-P03A, LD665-P04A, LD665-P05 and LD665-P06 with PL-01, PL-02, PL-03, PL-04, PL-05A and PL-06A) of planning permission reference 23/01807/FP granted on 17.11.2023 for Erection of one detached 4-bed dwelling with integral garage and creation of vehicular access off Ashwell Road (as amended by plans received 23/10/2023).

26/01660/FP - 1 Station Place, Letchworth, Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3AQ - Installation of bulkhead light fittings following removal of existing light fittings to external elevation.

26/01731/FPH - Lane End, 27A Wymondley Road, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 9PN - Single storey rear extension, alterations to existing fenestration to include replacing first floor door with a window, and render finish to external walls following demolition of existing rear conservatory and south elevation balcony structure.

26/01471/LBC - 22 Church Lane, Kimpton, Hertfordshire, SG4 8RR - Infill ground floor opening to front elevation with flint panel to match existing panel on same elevation. Internal alterations.

26/01656/LBC - South View, School Lane, Offley, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 3AZ - Internal alterations including the removal of stud partition wall between the hallway and dining room, raising the dining room floor level to align with hallway and kitchen together with infilling of the existing doorway between the hallway and kitchen.

26/01536/LBC - 33 Hitchin Street, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 6AQ - Repair box frames to ground floor front bay window and all first-floor windows and replace single-glazed sashes with 12mm double-glazed sashes.

Proposal Constituting Major Development, Notice Under Article 15 - Contrary To Local Development Plan, Affecting A Right Of Way
26/01224/S73 - Land Adjacent: Sewage Pumping Station, Ashwell Road, Bygrave, Hertfordshire - Variation of Condition number 26 (CTMP) (as amended by information received 16 July 2026): vary the number of daily articulated lorry visits and the permitted hours of construction vehicle movements, of planning permission reference 22/00741/FP granted on 17.06.2024 for: Ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) farm including battery energy storage; continued agricultural use, ancillary infrastructure, security fencing, landscaping provision, ecological enhancements and associated works (as amended by information received 29 January 2024).

For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
