Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, as amended

Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, as amended. Pre-application consultation by Miller Homes Limited, in respect of proposed residential development including formation of accesses, landscaping, open space, drainage, car parking and other supporting infrastructure and development at Lammermoor Terrace, Tranent, East Lothian.

The Applicant has put in place the following pre-application consultation arrangements for the first public exhibition event:

• A public exhibition will be held on 13 August 2026 between 3pm and 7pm at the Fraser Centre, 3a Winton Place, Tranent, East Lothian, EH33 1AF where representatives of the prospective Applicant will be available to discuss the proposals.

• Details of the proposed development will also be available to view at www.larnermcgrath.co.uk from 13 August 2026.

• Comments on the proposed development can be made using the consultation response feedback form which will be available at the public exhibition and from www.larnermcgrath.co.uk. Alternatively, comments can be made by email or in writing or by telephone, using the contact details below. Comments should be submitted by 23 August 2026.

• Further information and paper copies of the presentation and feedback form can be obtained by contacting the Applicant via the contact details set out below. Persons unable to return feedback forms via email, should return completed feedback forms to the Applicant at the postal address below.

• A second event, setting out how comments of the public have been considered will follow in due course. The time and date of the second event will be advertised in this publication at least 7 days prior to the event.

Comments should not be made to the planning authority, East Lothian Council. Any comments made to the prospective Applicant are not representations to the planning authority, East Lothian Council. If a planning application is submitted to East Lothian Council in its capacity as planning authority, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal.
