I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
44 Beverley Terrace Cullercoats – APPLICATION NO: 26/01056/FULH
Mrs Lyndsay Puranananda is applying for planning permission for Proposed Cabriolet velux balcony to second floor/Roof. Proposed Balcony/terrace to rear. Proposed WI railings to top of existing wall to front of property and 6no. rooflights to rear. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
