Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Affects the Setting of Listed Building,

Application:38/26/0146: Change of use of the vehicle garages associated with the former Taunton police station (Sui Generis) to a mixed used comprising of a car workshop (Use Class B2) storage (Use Class B8) and light industrial uses (Use Class E(g)(iii)) on land at Burton Place, Taunton (retention of part works already undertaken).

Application Accompanied by EIA.

Application:34/16/0014: Outline permission (with all matters reserved except for access) for the erection of up to 915 residential units, a primary school, 1 ha of employment land, local centre, open space including allotments and sports pitches, green infrastructure, landscaping, woodland planting, sustainable drainage systems and associated works; including provision of an internal spine road to connect A358 Staplegrove Road to Kingston Road on land at Staplegrove (East), Taunton.

Listed Building Consent,

Application:27/26/0007/LB: Repair of the octagonal chimney stack, including replacement of sections beyond repair, and installation of a flue liner to serve an existing fireplace at Rectory Lodge, Dollings Farm Lane, Oake.

Major Development,

Application:49/26/0025/VSC: Variation to Section 106 agreement on application 49/18/0045 in regards to the planning obligations regarding land comprising of the ‘Employment Land’ referred to in the S106 Agreement on land south of Taunton Road, Wiveliscombe.
