NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(1A) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Land Off South Osbourne Way (T3) And Robinson Road (T4) Immingham Docks Immingham

I give notice that Associated British Ports (ABP) is applying to North East Lincolnshire Council, for Planning Permission - Erection of two wind turbines (T3 and T4), measuring up to 125m to blade tip height. Associated ancillary infrastructure to include access tracks, hardstanding areas for the turbine location, electrical infrastructure, drainage works, temporary laydown areas, temporary construction compound and associated works.

Reference number DM/0432/26/FUL, made on 9th July 2026 and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Other reasons for advertising - Major Development Members of the public can view copies of the application, the plans, the Environmental

Statement and other documents submitted with it, on the planning homepage of the Council's website at https://www.nelincs.gov.uk/planning-and-development/ planning-applications/ or by contacting the planning department on 01472 326289 or by emailing planning@nelincs.gov.uk.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should by 1st September 2026 quoting the above application number.
