PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC CONSULTATION

PROPOSAL: Residential development (social housing) and associated ancillary works.

LOCATION: 357 Doagh Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 6XD.



A public exhibition and drop in event will be held at Monkstown Village Centre, Newtownabbey, BT37 0HS from 3pm to 7pm on Thursday 13th August 2026. A website containing details of the proposed development will also be available from 6th August to 4th September 2026 at the address:
