NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

We give notice that Roost Propco 4 Limited
is applying to Sheffield City Council for permission to Change of use from purpose-built student accommodation, to purpose-built student accommodation with accommodation for both students and non-students during the months of June, July and August.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Sheffield City Council, Planning and Development Services, Howden House, 1 Union Street, S1 2SH within 14 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
