I give notice that: Mr M. Miah is applying to Calderdale Council for planning permission to: Vary condition 1 of application ref. 20/00193/FUL – to change location of dwellings within site boundary (move forward and rotate), adjust height (main ridge unchanged from forecourt level but small increase at eaves), and amend car parking arrangements.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at: Planning Services, C/O Town Hall, Crossley Street, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 13 August 2026
