What is planned?

OPEN SPACE NOTICE
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(2A)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council proposes to dispose of approx. 33 sqm of land at Maltravers Way which is considered to be open space. The land is to be transferred to Great Places Housing Association, and its use is not intended to change.

A plan showing the land can be inspected at Howden House, Union Street, Sheffield S1 2SH between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday or alternatively available online at the following address:

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds for objection, no later than 12 noon on 20 August 2026 and addressed to Natasha Howe, Property Services, Sheffield City Council, Howden House, Union Street, Sheffield S1 2SH, or by e-mail to

PropertyServices@sheffield.gov.uk.
