DM/25/1050 - Proposal to erect a single four-bedroom house in land
adjoining Barn Cottage (Amended plan received 20.07.26). Land adj. to
Barn Cottage, Cuckfield Road, Ansty, Haywards Heath RH17 5AG
DM/26/0454 - Proposed erection of 33 new homes with access from Marwick
Close, vehicle and cycle parking, landscaping, drainage, and associated
infrastructure and highway works. (amended plans received 25/06/2026
showing revised layout, reduction in the number of units to 33 and new
footway on A272). Land parcel at Bolney Road, Ansty, West Sussex
Being applications affecting the Setting of a Listed Building
DM/26/1734 - Proposed single storey extension to rear and side of property,
as well as garage and porch conversion, associated landscaping works to
front, side and rear of property. Villa Margarita, 18 Paddockhall Road,
Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 1HH
Being an application within a Conservation Area
DM/26/1764 - Replacement of later-addition single-storey rear extension
with a new, single-storey rear extension. Removal of existing fireplace
recess to the west elevation to allow for the construction of a bay window.
Minor internal alterations at ground floor level to suit the proposed works,
along with re-wiring and re-plumbing works throughout. Demolition of
modern garage and construction of a new, single-bay garage within the rear
