Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.

TWC/2026/0521 – Site of Crescent Farm, Waters Upton – Variation of condition 9 (deposited plans) and condition 10 (removal of all permitted development) of planning permission TWC/2017/0479 (Erection of agricultural workers dwelling) to allow amendments to previously approved
plans and alterations to the roof
TWC/2026/0531 – Meadow View, Spring Village, Horsehay – Replacement of all existing softwood framed painted windows with uPVC flush casement windows
TWC/2026/0538 – Woodland Grange, Woodlands Road, Ironbridge – Replacement 1no. door and 1no. window

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at

and need to be received by 20 August 2026 (14 days for public service infrastructure
development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
