Major Development PL/26/05654/DE Salden Place Whaddon Road Newton Longville, Approval of reserved matters in relation to the construction of a 60 bedroom care home (Use Class C2), with associated access, parking, plant, landscaping and site infrastructure, pursuant to ref. 15/00314/AOP, as amended by ref. 15/A0314/NON and ref. 26/05200 / NMA, with details of the layout, scale, and appearance and associated landscaping of ‘parcel N4 care home’ required by condition 4 (reserved matters) along with associated details required by condition 9 (details), conditions 32 and 33 (energy strategy), condition 39 (slab levels), condition 43 (parking) and condition 53 (contamination).
Major Development PL/26/04837/FA The Hedgerows Nash Road Great Horwood Change of use of land from agricultural to mixed use development comprising Use Class B8 (Storage and distribution) and Use Class E(a) (Sales/Display of goods other than hot food) with ancillary office space for agricultural associated goods, equipment and supplies only. New dropped kerb/access. Erection of building and yard area.
