Under the above Act and Sections 67 and/or 73 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990
Brockley Conservation Area
Garage Site At: Breakspears Mews, SE4 - Installation of a 2.1metre high gate (DC/26/144604).
Brookmill Road Conservation Area
114 Albyn Road, SE8 - Replacement windows (DC/26/144593).
Culverley Green Conservation Area
2A Bargery Road, SE6 - Replacement windows door (DC/26/144558).
Forest Hill Conservation Area
7A Havelock Walk, SE23 - Refurbishment and reconfiguration of the ground floor workspace, construction of first and second floor extensions, creation of two second floor roof terraces and alterations to the elevations (DC/26/144766).
