Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

26/0935/LBC/VMO & 26/0934/FUL/VMO: 62 - 64 Blanche Lane, South Mimms. Installation of solar panels on the roof. (Application for Listed Building with associated full application.) Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.

26/0673/FUL/HHO: Land Adjacent To Romani, St Albans Road, South Mimms, Potters Bar, EN6 3PP. Change of use of land to use as a residential caravan site to include 4x caravan/mobile homes with associated hardstanding and erection of acoustic fencing. Reason: Public Interest.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

Please note should this application result in an appeal deemed suitable for the Part 1 Written Representation procedure, this may be the only opportunity for you to submit your representation.
