What is planned?

Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission, a departure, major development or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order or Public Right of Way.

The application details are available to view and comment on at www.tandridge.gov.uk/planning, or comment in writing to Council Offices, Oxted, RH8 0BT. Comments should be made within 24 days of this notice.

2026/583 - Lullenden Manor, Hollow Lane, East Grinstead.
Replacement of external door within new additional sub-frame. Associated works to timber frame, decorative internal door head, cill and step.

2026/674 - Manor Cottage, High Street, Limpsfield.
Erection of ground floor infill extension beneath the existing first-floor overhang. Rear first floor extension to the existing bathroom.

2026/735 - Development Site South of Austral House, Crowhurst Road, Lingfield
(Outline application with all matters reserved except access). Erection of up to 112 dwellings, together with the provision of landscaping, open space, and associated development works, with access from Crowhurst Road.

2026/770 - Former St Michaels School, Wolfs Hill, Oxted.
The installation of 3 no. new antennas painted black (1 no. on existing support pole and 2 no. on new support poles), 3no. RRHs painted black (1 no. mounted on existing support pole and 2 no. mounted on new support poles), the installation of replacement equipment within the existing internal equipment room and ancillary development thereto.
