DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING
10/26/0546: India Mill Business Centre, Bolton Road, Darwen. Listed Building application for proposed works comprises external repair, conservation and redecoration of existing timber windows and associated joinery to selected elevations of the historic India Mill building, undertaken as Phase 4 of an ongoing repair programme.
