Notice under Article 13 of application for planning permission

Proposed development at: Thorncroft, Mill Lane, Willaston, CH64 1RW.

I give notice that Mr & Mrs Earp are applying to Cheshire West and Chester Council for planning permission to: Rear extension to existing dormer bungalow, front porch, amended garage door and upgraded access from side lane.

Application ref: 25/03678/FUL.

Owner means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

Tenant means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
