Mae’r cais/ceisiadau canlynol yn ymwneud a Rheoliadau Cynllunio (Adeiladau Rhestredig ac Ardaloedd Cadwraeth) (Cymru) 2012.
Datblygiad bwriedig yn:
1) LBC/2026/15 - Plas Hyfryd, 8 Rating Row, Biwmares
2) LBC/2026/19 - Eglwys Sant Tyfrydog, Llandyfrydog

yn gwneud cais i GYNGOR SIR YNYS MÔN am ganiatad cynllunio i:
1) Caniatâd Adeilad Rhestredig ar gyfer gosod paneli solar, uwchraddio inswleiddio, ailosod ffenestri a drysau, atgyweirio’r to ac addasiadau cysylltiedig yn.
2) Caniatâd Adeilad Rhestredig ar gyfer atgyweiriadau i’r to, talcenni, bwtresi, ffenestri a nwyddau dŵr glaw, gan gynnwys ail-doi, atgyweiriadau morter calch, adfer nodweddion hanesyddol, a gosod rhwyll amddiffyn rhag adar a phryfed yn.

1) LBC/2026/15 - Plas Hyfryd, 8 Rating Row, Beaumaris
2) LBC/2026/19 - Saint Tyfrydog Church, Llandyfrydog
I give notice that:-
1) Mr Steve MacVicar
2) Ms Rachel Morley
is applying to the ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL for planning permission to:
1) Listed Building consent for installation of solar panels, insulation upgrades, replacement of windows and doors, roof repairs and associated alterations at.
2) Listed Building Consent for repairs to the roof, gables, buttresses, windows and rainwater goods, including reroofing, lime mortar repairs, reinstatement of historic features and the installation of bird and insect protection mesh at.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted by searching the application number on the public register on the Council’s website https://planning-public-register.anglesey.gov.wales/prIoA/s/register-view?language=cy&c__r=Arcus_BE_Public_Register.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments on line using the web-comments facility in the application details or by e-mailing planning@anglesey.gov.wales.
