THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a highway situated at the site known as Land at Yiewsley Library, Falling Lane, Yiewsley in the London Borough of Hillingdon delineated and shown hatched black between the blue and red lines with a total area of 132 square metres as identified on the plan attached to the Order.
The stopping up has been authorised to enable the development described in Schedule 1 to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the London Borough of Hillingdon on 2 September 2024 under application reference 76795/APP/2023/2503.
A COPY OF THE ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN may be inspected free of charge from 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday at the London Borough of Hillingdon offices, at Main Reception, Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge UB8 1UW. A copy may also be viewed on the Council’s website under planning application reference 76795/APP/2023/2503 https://planning.hillingdon.gov.uk/ OcellaWeb/planningSearch.
ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY THE ORDER and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the Stopping Up of Highway (Land at Yiewsley Library, Falling Lane, Yiewsley) Order 2026 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
