Ref: 382/APP/2026/1238 Proposed development at: Mercure London Heathrow Hotel, Shepiston Lane, Hayes I give notice that MJP Planning Limited is applying for Planning Permission for: Demolition of existing car park (with retention of the lower car park level), partial extension of lower ground floor, and erection of 5 storey building providing apart-hotel suites (Class C1), landscaping alterations and associated development.
CATEGORY B – Applications under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
Ref: 20250/APP/2026/1488 Fones Clinic, Market House, High Street, Uxbridge. Proposal: Installation of extraction system, following the removal of the existing extraction unit, provision of outdoor seating, amendments to fenestrations (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Old Uxbridge/Windsor Street Conservation Area).
