NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, that Leeds City Council intends to dispose, by leasehold interest, part of land currently held for open space, particulars of which are set out in the Schedule below.
A plan showing the area of land concerned is available at https://www.leeds.gov.uk/open-space-notices or can be provided upon request by email to AM&R.New.Work.Instruction@leeds.gov.uk
Any person who wishes to object to the proposed disposal should submit written representations by email to AM&R.New. Work.Instruction@leeds.gov.uk (quoting reference, Harehills Bowling) no later than 15 August 2026.
SCHEDULE
The disposal will be by way of a 25-year lease of land for a bowling pavilion at Harehills Park, LS8.
