Part retrospective and proposed listed building consent for internal and external works under sections 8(3)B and 7 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 to include, replacement windows, further extension and alterations to 1979 additions, installation of a wood burning stove, installation of French doors within a later addition, the removal of a modern w/c and minor alterations to floor plan within a later extension. New pitched roof structure to dining area.
