PLANNING APPLICATIONS

The council has received amended and additional plans for the following application, any person wishing to make representations on the application should submit their comments in writing to the Head of Planning within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice.

Application Reference: PL/25/4501/DE

Proposal: Reserved matters application (details relating to access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to conditions 1 (reserved matters), 13 (estate roads), 14 (walking/cycling phasing), 15 (parking and garages), 16 (refuse), 17 (energy and sustainability), 23 (levels Northern and Eastern Parcel), 26 (noise assessment), and 29 (sustainable drainage) of planning permission reference PL/24/3794/VRC for 282 residential units (Use Class C3) and a Local Centre (289 sqm) (Use Class E), together with associated infrastructure including landscaping, levelling works, drainage and car and cycle parking.

Site Address: Little Chalfont Park, Land Between Lodge Lane And Burtons Lane, Little Chalfont.

Environment Statement (ES) Availability:

The Environmental Statement (ES) can be viewed online for free on the Council’s website searching application reference: PL/21/4632/OA and PL/25/4494/VRC. Hard copies of the Environmental Statement can be requested (for a charge) from Polly Clifton at Waterman Group by emailing polly.clifton@watermangroup.com

Reason for the newspaper notice: The proposed development is a Major development which affects the setting or route of a Public Right Of Way (PFP) and is also accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which and to which the application site is situated.
