Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings.
26/42198/LBC - 35 Mill Street Stafford Staffordshire - Electrical rewiring, renewal of surface mounted plumbing, over-boarding of walls with 50mm Celotex insulation, plasterboard and skim, refurbishment of kitchen and WCs, replacement doors, insertion of door and window to office, replacement of ground floor floor-covering, repair and replace roof timbers, remove existing external paintwork and re-paint, and replacement of 3no. first-floor windows Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 19 August 2026.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 19 August 2026. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
