2026/0603/PIP Application for Permission in Principle: The demolition of existing outbuildings, removal of mobile home and construction of No. 1 detached dwelling at Bank Top Farm, 66 Bank Top, Roby Mill, Up Holland. The application affects a Conservation Area.
