Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development on land south of Almada Street and east of Montrose Crescent, Hamilton for the erection of residential development with associated access, car parking and amenity space.
A public drop-in consultation will be held at South Lanarkshire Council HQ, Banqueting Suite, Almada Street, Hamilton on 13th August and 31st August 2026 from 3pm - 7pm.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 25th September 2026 to HamiltonConsultation@ashscot.co.uk
This notice does not relate to a planning application.
Comments should not be made to South Lanarkshire Council.
Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to South Lanarkshire Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
