Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at 42 High Street, Birmingham, B4 7SS I give notice that REAP 4 Limited is applying to BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL for planning permission for: Demolition of the existing building and redevelopment to provide new homes (Class C3), flexible commercial floorspace (Class E), car parking, cycle parking, landscaping and other associated works.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Planning and Development, PO Box 28, Birmingham B1 1TU by 18 August 2026 In the event that an appeal is made against a refusal of planning permission and the appeal proceeds by the expedited written representations procedure, any representations made to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should do so by the date given above.

“owner” means a person having a freehold interest or leasehold interest the unexpired terms of which is not less than 7 years

“tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land

Statement of owners’ rights
The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
