THE LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS (PROCEDURE AND INTEREST RATE) (WALES) REGULATIONS 2024
Development at: TOWN HALL The Circle, Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent, NP22 3PS.
I give notice that: Darren Hughes is applying to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council for Listed Building Consent for additional works to previous LBC approvals comprising: (i) replacing additional defective stone window surrounds; (ii) hardwood window casements and sashes; (iii) replacement plaster coving; (iv) replacement skirting boards and architraves; (v) omitting paint finish to new toilets and replacing with ceramic tiles and adjusted toilet layout.
Anyone who wishes to submit comments about this application should write to the Council at the following email address planning@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk or to General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN within 21 days from the date at the bottom of this notice, quoting the application ref no. P/2026/0033.
Please note that whilst correspondence can be deposited at the reception desk at the General Offices, a meeting with an officer or representative from the Planning Department is strictly by appointment only. Any comments you make will be taken into account when the application is decided.
