Exeter City Council has agreed terms for the sale of two small areas of land to enhance the re-development of Clarendon House into student halls of residents. The area to the North is a small area of grass verge which will form a “garden lane” walkway to Triangle Car Park. The second area to the south adjacent 5 Heavitree Road will also form a landscaped area. The existing steps will be retained.

Plans showing the proposed land sales are available for inspection at www.exeter.gov.uk/council-and-democracy/under consultations and petitions or on request by email estates@exeter.gov.uk or telephone 01392 265127.

The Council will consider any comments submitted in writing to The Head of Commercial Assets, Exeter City Council, Paris Street, Exeter EX1 1JJ or via email estates@exeter.gov.uk which should be received by Thursday 10th September 2026.
