The applications/plans may be inspected using the Planning Explorer at www.merton.gov.uk/environment/planning Representations should be sent in writing by 5.00pm during the period of 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice, quoting application reference (26/******). In the event of an appeal to the Secretary of State for the Environment regarding the refusal of the application, any representations received may be forwarded to the Department of the Environment and the appellant unless a contrary wish is expressed.
