NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Provision of access tracks for existing horticultural use (Retrospective application) and proposed improved access from Birchwood Road at Landscape Centre Provender Nursery Birchwood Road Wilmington (Application Ref. No. DA/25/01314/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order and we have received revised plans and description.

2) Erection of a two-storey side extension and a single storey rear extension at 1 Harborough Cottages Warren Road Southfleet

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character
or appearance of the Southfleet Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/26/00741/FUL)

3) Application for T1 - Silver Birch (Outside 25) - Crown reduce height of tree by approximately 2m and reduce remaining crown by approximately 1-1.5m to match (as per annotated photo); T2 - Silver Birch (Outside 21) - Crown reduce height of tree by approximately 2m and reduce remaining crown by approximately 1-1.5m to match (as per annotated photo); T3 - Silver Birch (Outside 19) - Crown reduce height of tree by approximately 2m and reduce remaining crown by approximately 1-1.5m to match (as per annotated photo); T4 - Silver Birch (Outside 16) - Crown reduce height of tree by approximately 2m and reduce remaining crown by approximately 1-1.5m to match (as per annotated photo), subject to Tree Preservation Order No.1 1998 at Along Jepson Drive (Outside 16, 19, 21 And 25) Stone Kent

and the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building (Application Ref. No. DA/26/00787/TPO)

4) Demolition of existing dwelling and kennels and cattery and erection of 3 detached dwellings, 3 detached garages and associated parking, access and amenity space at Turnagain Lodge Hook Green Lane Wilmington

which will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way (Application Ref. No. DA/26/00553/FUL)

5) Application to remove G1 - 9x Sycamores to ground level, subject to Tree Preservation Order No.1 1984 within Hook Green Conservation Area at The Limes Hook Green Road Southfleet which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Hook Green Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/26/00864/TPO)
